<p>(1) 건물 중심선 설정 : 천장면의 정밀한 실측 후에 등라인, 디퓨져위치 등 타공정을 CHECK<br> 하여 중심선을 설정한다.<br>(2) 스트롱 앙카 작업<br> ① 스트롱 앙카 작업시 : 중심선이 설정되면 스트롱 앙카(ψ9mm) 고정부위를 슬라브 <br> 표면에 표시한 후 드릴로 뚫고 고정한다.<br> ② 주물 인서트 작업시 : 도면에 따라 주물 인서트(ψ9mm)를 거푸집에 설치한다.<br> ③ 유의사항 : 앙카 또는 인서트간의 간격과 직각에 유의한다.<br> ④ 스트롱 앙카 또는 인서트는 캐링 채널의 설치 방향을 고려하여 설치 간격을 ? @900∼1,200mm로 하는 것이 이상적이다.<br>(3) MOLDING LINE LEVEL CHECK<br> ① 물 수평 방법이나 LEVEL기 사용 <br>가. 도면에 의한 위치 확정(천장 높이 확정) 나. 물 수평에 의한 지점 확인 및 지점과 지점사이 먹 메김. ② 유의사항 : 물 수평 사용할 때 호스내의 기포 유무 확인 및 호스의 파손여부 확인 후LEVEL CHECK<br>(4) 벽 몰딩 부착(앵글 또는 갈매기 몰딩을 도장하여 사용)<br> ① 먹줄에 따라 몰딩을 부착하며 벽 몰딩은 1" 콘크리트 못을 사용하여<br>고정한다. (간격 500∼1,000mm) <br> ② 몰딩과 몰딩 사이의 높이 및 간격이 이완되지 않도록 유의해야 한다.<br> ③ CURTAIN BOX등 시설물과 관련하여 사양에 따라 부착한다.<br>(5) 행어 볼트 설치<br> ① 행어 볼트 상부를 스트롱 앙카 또는 인서트에 고정시키고 볼트하부는 마감천장 높이를<br> 고려하여 행어 및 너트로 고정한다. ② 설비 닥트 및 기타 장애물이 있는 곳은 도면 사양에 따라 보강한 후 작업한다.<br>(6) 등라인 설치<br>등라인 설정 사양에 따라하되 전기 및 설비 관계자와 협의 요함.<br>(7) 캐링 채널 설치<br> 행어 세트와 캐링 채널을 결착 후 고정시키며 @900∼1,200mm 간격으로 설치한다.<br> 캐링 채널의 연결 부분은 CARRYING JOINT를 사용하여 연결한다.<br> 또, 캐링 채널은 벽 또는 커텐 박스 면에서 30cm이상 떨어지지 않도록 설치한다.<br>(8) 마이너 채널 설치<br> 시공 면적이 넓은 경우 설치된 캐링 채널위에 보강채널(마이너채널)로 보강고정 시키며<br> @2,000∼3,000mm 간격으로 설치한다.(9) MAIN 및 CROSS ST＇L T-BAR 설치<br> ① 시공 중심선에 실을 띄운 후 MAIN ST＇L T-BAR를 제품의 규격 및 등라인에<br>맞춰 캐링 채널에 직각 방향으로 C/T CLIP을 사용하여 견고하게 설치한다.<br>② 설치간격 : 일반T-BAR용은 @610mm간격으로<br>지바트용은 @600mm간격으로 설치한다.<br> ③ MAIN ST＇L T-BAR의 홀에 CROSS ST＇L T-BAR TIP을 끼워 설치한다.<br> (홀간격 : 일반용은 @152.4mm이고 지바트용은 @150mm이다.)<br> ④ CROSS ST＇L T-BAR의 설치시 MAIN ST＇L T-BAR의 홀이 다른 MAIN ST＇L<br>T-BAR의 홀과 일치되어야 한다.<br>(10) 마감판 (흡음텍스 / 지바트) 설치<br> ① 설치된 천장틀의 수평을 물 수평 또는 LEVEL기를 사용하여 행어 볼트의 너트로<br>정확히 맞춘다.<br>② MAIN 및 CROSS ST＇L T-BAR를 설치 완료한 후 흡음텍스 또는 지바트를 그 위에<br>얹는다.<br> ③ 흠집, 모서리 파손, 더러움 등의 손상된 마감판 사용을 금지한다.<br>(11) CURTAIN BOX 설치<br> ① 사양에 따라 용도에 적합한 제품을 제작설치 (별도 도장) <br> ② 용접 작업이 병행되므로 안전하고 편한 자세로 작업할 수 있도록 작업대를 설치한다.</p>

<h3>(1) Setting centerline of building: After accurate measurement of ceiling surface set up centerline after checking other work schedule such as lightline and position of diffuser etc.</h3><ul></ul><h3>(2) Strong anchor work</h3><ul><li>① At the time of strong anchor work when centerline is set up mark part for fixing strong anchor (Ф9mm) at slab surface and punch hole with drill and fix it.</li><li>② At the time of work for cash iron insert (Ф9 mm) install it at form according to drawing.</li><li>③ Caution: Pay attention to intervals between anchor and insert and right angle.</li><li>④ It is ideal to make interval for installation as @900∼ 1,200 mm for strong anchor or insert in consideration of direction of installation of carrying channel.</li></ul><h3>(3) Molding line level check</h3><ul><li>① Use of water level or level</li><li>a. Confirming position by means of drawing (confirming height of ceiling)</li><li>b. Confirming the position by water level and ink pot string marking between positions.</li><li>② Caution: At the time of using water check make sure to check level after checking any presence of air bubble in hose and breaking of hose.</li></ul><h3>(4) Attachment of wall molding (using after painting angle or sea gull molding)</h3><ul><li>① Attach molding along the India ink line and fix wall molding by using 1" concrete nail. <br>(interval 500∼ 1,000 mm)</li><li>② Be careful not to slacken the height and interval between moldings.</li><li>③ In connection with facilities such as curtain box it shall be attached according to specification.</li></ul><h3>(5) Installation of hanger bolt</h3><ul><li>① Upper part of hanger bolt is fixed to strong anchor or insert and power part of bolt is fixed with hanger and nut in consideration of ceiling height at finishing.</li><li>② At the place where installation duct or other obstacles are present work shall be carried out after reinforcing it according to specification.</li></ul><h3>(6) Installation of lightline</h3><ul><li>Install lightline according to specification but it is required to have consultation with persons in charge of electricity and facility.</li></ul><h3>(7) Installation of carrying channel</h3><ul><li>After linking hanger set and carrying channel fix it and install it with an interval of @900∼1,200 mm. The joint part of carrying channel shall be connected by using carrying joint.</li><li>At the time of installing carrying channel make sure to install it not to be off from wall or curtain box surface more than 30 cm.</li></ul><h3>(8) Installation of minor channel</h3><ul><li>When area for works is broad reinforce and fix with supplementary channel (minor channel) installed above the carrying channel and install it with an interval of @2,000∼ 3,000 mm.</li></ul><h3>(9) Installation of Main ST' LT-bar</h3><ul><li>① Install Main ST' LT-bar sturdily by using C/T cup toward right angle direction to carrying channel according to dimension of the product and lightline.</li><li>② Intervals for installation: for general T-bar interval is @610 mm and for Zierbart interval for installation is @600 mm.</li><li>③ It is installed by inserting CROSS ST' LT-Bar Tip to hole of Main ST' LT-bar.<br>(Interval of hole: for general use it is @152.4 mm and for Ziebart it is @150 mm.)</li><li>④ At the time of installation of CROSS ST' LT-Bar hole of MAIN ST'LT-BAR shall match to hole of another MAIN ST'LT-BAR.</li></ul><h3>(10) Installation of finishing plate (sound absorption tex/ Ziebart)</h3><ul><li>① Accurately set level of installed ceiling frame by bolt and nut through using water level or level.</li><li>② Place sound absorption tex or Ziebart on Main and Cross ST' LT-bar after its installation. (In case of sound absorption tex fix finishing plate with hold down clip.)</li><li>③ Prohibit use of finishing plate with scratch, broken corner or dirtied.</li></ul><h3>(11) Installation of curtain box</h3><ul><li>① Manufacturing and installing products suitable to use according to specification (separate painting)</li><li>② Welding work is carried out concurrently therefore install work bench to enable safety in work and working in comfortable stance.</li></ul>
